Hygieia has developed and tested a technology that detects cancer from simply blowing in a tube and this procedure costs 80% less than other detection procedures.

Currently Bill serves as CEO of Hygieia Sciences a healthcare diagnostic technology development company. Prior, Bill served as Chairman of the Board and had an active management role at Nextcarrier Telecom, Inc. an earlier participant in the VoIP enhanced services arena.
Prior to his involvement in Nextcarrier he was founder and CEO of PilotHSA Systems, Inc. a technology platform focused on the emerging HSA marketplace. Bill served as the Managing Director of Emerging Technologies for the Southeast region of Arthur Andersen.
Bill has successfully founded five companies, companies (Hygieia, Capella Systems, FTP Services, Comverge systems, and PilotHSA systems), Bill has been involved in creating, developing and introducing over 50 products and services (The IRMA family, Crosstalk, Dark Horse testers), to the marketplace.
