Eric Brown leads conceptual and strategic implementation for Whiteboard. He formerly served as the Project and Research Coordinator for Q, a learning community that mobilizes Christians to advance the common good in society. While at Q, Eric worked on a number of projects including research for Gabe Lyon’s book, The Next Christians: The Good News About the End of Christian America, a response to the best-selling book, unChristian.
Taylor Jones serves as the development director of the Whiteboard Network where he pulls together details and makes what is imagined functional. He is an active member at Griffin Center Point Church where he serves as a mentor to local youth and a coordinator of media efforts and creative strategy.
Retickr is an application that provides users the ability to get their personalized news and social media all in a streaming ticker available on a PC, Laptop or TV. Retickr is helping folks like me simplify life in this world of way too much information.
Travis will share their great story of how four guys ended up in Chattanooga, TN and took a bold move to start a news business that is planning to dramatically improve the way folks access their relevant news. He will share key lessons learned and their experience being part of the Lampost incubator program.
At twenty-four years old, Travis Truett has accomplished a lot in a short amount of time and is considered an emerging leader in the new generation of entrepreneurs. After graduating from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville and working in Utah, California, and across Europe he has settled in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he founded retickr with three of his close friends.
As CEO of an up-and-coming tech company he spends his days focusing on company direction and strategy, investor relations, and fostering collaboration between the software engineers and the salesmen.
